I had a mix of experiences during my stay. The location is perfect, being removed from the noise but still close to Hastings street, with beautiful views. However, my room was not clean, and maintenance issues detracted from the overall experience. While the facilities and dining options were impressive, the room cleanliness was disappointing for the price we paid.

Rooms
5.0
The room had a lovely view but was not very clean and had outdated furnishings. The malfunctioning room cards were also an inconvenience.
Service
5.0
The staff were generally friendly, but the service was inconsistent, particularly with room changes which took too long and felt unwelcoming.
Location
10.0
The resort is perfectly situated away from the hustle and bustle of Hastings street, making it peaceful yet easily accessible.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was a highlight, with an incredible buffet breakfast and stunning views, although it could offer more variety.
Facilities
9.0
The facilities were modern and well-kept, including two pools and a gym. The restaurant and breakfast were excellent.

My stay at the resort was quite mixed. On one hand, the tree-top villa was spacious, clean, and offered stunning views of the lush surroundings, truly a relaxing escape. On the other hand, the noise from neighboring units was quite bothersome, affecting our overall experience. While the amenities were enjoyable, the dining options could use some improvement in variety. Overall, the resort has great potential, but my experience was overshadowed by a few issues.

Rooms
9.0
The tree-top villa was spacious and very clean, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay, along with a beautiful tree-top outlook.
Service
7.0
Staff were generally very helpful and attentive, but I did encounter some inconsistencies with orders being forgotten.
Location
9.0
The resort is beautifully situated on the edge of Noosa National Park, allowing for a peaceful retreat while still being close to Hastings Street.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was good and fresh, but I found the lunch menu a bit limited, and the service could have been more efficient.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities, including the pools, were nice, but the main pool area was often crowded, which detracted from the enjoyment.

My stay had its ups and downs. The location is absolutely beautiful, nestled next to the forest with lovely sounds of nature. The villa was spacious and comfortable for our group, but some cleanliness and decor issues left me wanting more for the price we paid. While the staff were lovely and accommodating, the unit lacked the necessary touch to make our holiday truly enjoyable.

Rooms
7.0
The villa was incredibly spacious, possibly the largest three-bedroom I've ever stayed in. However, it was not fully serviced, which was a bit disappointing given the cost.
Service
8.0
The staff were very nice and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us, especially with the golf buggy service to Hastings Street.
Location
9.0
The resort is set in a stunning location surrounded by lush greenery, and the walk to Hastings Street was very pleasant.
Dining
5.0
The onsite dining was a letdown; it didn't meet my expectations based on the resort's standing. I expected more variety and quality.
Facilities
6.0
While the facilities were decent, the pool area felt small for the size of the resort, often crowded with limited seating available.

5.6/10

I stayed for a week, hoping for a room with a nice view, but I ended up with a view of an access road and rubbish bins, which was incredibly disappointing. The resort location is beautiful, nestled in the forest, but the unit itself needs some major improvements, especially in decor and cleanliness. Although the staff were pleasant, some were unfriendly, and the noise from other guests disrupted our stay. I would say the place has potential, but it needs some serious upgrades to be worth the price.

Rooms
5.0
The room was disappointing with a view obstructed by the access road, making it feel like a standard high-rise.
Service
6.0
While some staff were friendly and helpful, others seemed uninterested, which cast a shadow over our experience.
Location
7.0
The location backed onto a lovely forest, providing a tranquil escape, though the noise from service vehicles was quite bothersome.
Dining
7.0
Dining at the restaurant was enjoyable with delicious meals, but it felt too busy, impacting the overall atmosphere.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were okay, but cleanliness and maintenance need improvement, especially in common areas.

My stay had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, just a short walk to Hastings Street, and the views from the villa were absolutely breathtaking. However, the villa itself had some issues that really affected our experience, such as outdated amenities and problems with the technology that went unresolved. Despite the friendly staff, the overall value for the price we paid was disappointing.

Rooms
6.0
The villa was spacious, but it felt like it was in need of maintenance. Some appliances didn't work properly, and the master ensuite looked tired. The view was stunning, but overall, I was left wanting more given the price.
Service
7.0
Service was hit or miss; the buggy service was nice, but housekeeping didn’t get to our room until after 3 PM, which was inconvenient. One staff member stood out for his exceptional service that made us stay for dinner again, which is rare for us.
Location
8.0
The hotel is in a great spot, only a short walk from Hastings Street, but it felt a bit secluded. The climb back can be challenging, especially with kids, so keep that in mind.
Dining
9.0
The breakfast was delicious and varied, definitely a highlight of our stay. The staff was accommodating with special requests, which was a nice touch.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, but nothing overly impressive. The pool area was nice enough, but I expected more for the price we paid.
